Reaching Nirvana

Reaching Nirvana

In our lives we all wish to reach Nirvana!

How this happens for us is different in each and every unique path.
Some of us may go through suffering before we find peace, love and harmony.
Others of us sail through jumping the waves with freedom in Our hearts.
As life is always unique to the person, we can learn from Buddha how to live best of all and gain wisdom from our experiences. By doing this we may excel at life and find happiness in the darkest of places!

Nirvana also is a completely unique experience. What one person finds beautiful is wholly personal. Respect is due to each unique person for what their own wishes are and as long as we are keeping respectful of everyone's feelings then we should be able to find our own personal heaven NIRVANA !

Looking at the world today we see that people are needing to take time out of their busy lives for rest and renewal. One of the best ways to find inner peace is through meditation.
Meditation allows us to go deep inside Our minds and brings peace to the busiest of minds.
Focussing on colours and symbols or both is one way to bring joy to the mind.
Beautiful scenes of tranquility such as nature or Buddha statues in place are brilliant for meditation. Serene gardens such as the Zen gardens of Japan bring us a place to find Our inner peace.

How do we begin?
You will find that when you first sit down to meditate the mind will seem full of thoughts, sounds and ideas flowing through.
By sitting quietly or perhaps playing some gentle music such as New Age music with instrumental tracks that inspire peace, we begin to go within.
At first we find that the mind is full of chatter, let the thoughts that pass through your mind float away gently like clouds across the moon.
As you do this you will find the clear sky appears, this vision of a clear sky is a perfect way to describe true meditation.
Once you find true meditation the rest is simple!!
Inner peace is achieved by holding the "clear sky" within your mind for as long as possible.
You will see images within your mind that literally come from heaven!
This is the beginning of learning to channel from the heavenly beings such as is done by Angel teachers and the like, and through focussed prayer during meditation, getting in touch with the heavens, you can gain enough wisdom to write a book or teach a course or find people following you as you speak.
I know you say it will take years of practice to gain such a focussed mind and yes this is true, but by being aware of the possibilities you are opening to being a channel to the heavens.
Another possibility that comes from meditation is the realm of manifestation.
This is alike channelling the heavens we have spoken of however it encompasses waiting for a heavenly vision of a blessed world and then by praying to the Mother Earth and the heavens we can bring reality to this vision.

Dreaming becomes easier with a focussed mind indeed lucid dreaming where you see dreams while awake is another great achievement of a peaceful mind.

May you all be blessed with inner peace,
May the clear sky fill your mind and overflow into your lives
As peace, love and harmony with everything around you.

Blessed Be

After the recent birth of my daughter I have found peace in my soul beyond my wildest dreams. Each and every moment has become special again. Life has taken on a whole new meaning!
Even the simplest of tasks when done mindfully with enjoyment of the moment make the day happy. I find I am growing as a person with a whole new world of fulfilment and satisfaction with my life.
At night I have taken to blogging my thoughts to share with others in this big wide world, after all it's a small world where there are always like minded people out there!!

Hope you all enjoy reading this blog as much as I do writing it!!
With blessings
OM SHANTI OM
